PLANNING PHASE:

 

The first step is to draft Position Specifications for review and approval by the client.  This document is a combination of company background and description; job description with key objectives; ideal candidate background and experience; and compensation/benefits package.  The purpose of this document is to ensure that there is alignment between New Century Dynamics Executive Search and the client.  The end result is a document which presents the job opportunity in a manner that is interesting and compelling to the candidate while accurate and fair.


Meeting with key executives to gain additional insights and perspective is also important.  At that time we will develop a more thorough understanding of the culture, issues, environment, and competitive challenges required to successfully prepare our candidates and complete this assignment.
