This document is a combination of company background and description; job description with key objectives; ideal candidate background and experience; and compensation/benefits package. The purpose of this document is to ensure that there is alignment between New Century Dynamics Executive Search and the client. The end result is a document which presents the job opportunity in a manner that is interesting and compelling to the candidate while accurate and fair.
