EXECUTION PHASE:
The first step in the execution phase is to review our resume data-base, our industry contact data-base, and network referral sources for candidate identification and contact.
The lead consultant personally interviews all prospective candidates and has the sole responsibility for all client communications.
Those interested candidates who meet the position specifications are investigated in greater depth. Professional backgrounds and experience is validated through references and our own industry contacts.
Viable candidates are presented to the client via email, which will include an attached resume and one-page introduction which outlines the candidates’ background and experience as it relates to the Position Specifications.
New Century Dynamics will work closely with the client to facilitate interviews, travel, and schedule diagnostics as required. If the client requires, we will initiate a background check through InfoMart.
Depending on the style and predisposition of the client, New Century Dynamics Executive Search will help draft and present the offer to the selected candidate, and mediate negotiations leading to the candidate’s acceptance.
